Summer Office Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Saint John the Evangelist Extended Day Program promotes quality childcare outside the normal school day, both before and after school. We strive to maintain a convenient, well-supervised, nurturing environment available to all school community families.

Saint John the Evangelist School offers an Extended Day Program to all students in grades K—8. A flyer explaining the program and fees is sent home at the beginning of each school year and can be found linked below.

The Morning Program operates from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m., while the Afternoon Program runs from 3:20 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Extended Day Program is an integral part of St. John School. As such, it takes advantage of the many facilities in the main school building. All activities take place on campus.

Our staff is fully trained in CPR and First Aid and holds certifications in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and MAT for Diabetes. We stay current with all required certifications and ensure ongoing compliance through our annual training sessions.

Any student not picked up from school by 3:20 p.m. or the end of the carpool will automatically be signed in to Extended Day. The parents are expected to pay the designated fee. All families should return the Extended Day Family Data Sheet to the school, whether they plan on attending Extended Day or NOT.
