Meet Mrs. Smolinski
Jessica Smolinski is a preschool assistant. She firmly believes that while academics are important, most importantly, children must learn to be helpful, caring, loving, and hard workers. Hard work goes a long way these days, and when you look back to see how far you’ve come, you’ll be proud.
Before taking the time to stay home with her children, Mrs. Smolinski was a Human Resources Director. She joined Saint John the Evangelist Catholic School in 2017 as an extended day aide and substitute teacher before joining the preschool staff.
Mrs. Smolinski earned a BA in Religious studies and a minor in Dance from George Mason University in 2007. She recently completed a Catholic education course in teaching the Faithful the Faith.
She and her family have been parishioners since 2011. Both of her children have attended Saint John the Evangelist Catholic school since preschool, and she is glad to give other families that wonderful first start. Her children are now in 1st and 3rd grade.
While not at work Mrs. Smolinski enjoys looking at flowers, sewing, painting with watercolors, decorating/redecorating her home, playing the piano, and doing all the day-to-day things to make her home run efficiently.
