K-4 Think Stretch Session and Used Uniform Sale

Dear Parents,

We hope you all are enjoying summer break! This is a reminder that our last Kindergarten-Fourth Grade Summer Think Stretch session will meet July 18th from 9:30-10:30 am behind the school under the pavilion. This session will be an opportunity for your child to work on his/her Think Stretch booklet independently and will also include some fun STEM activities!

All students must be signed in when they arrive and out when they leave. Parents of current students are invited to leave their St. John Students for the hour. Parents who wish to bring younger siblings may do so, but parents must stay with them. The playground may be available for them to use with parent supervision. Older siblings who expressed interest in helping out on those dates are welcome to come as well!

Please bring your Think Stretch booklet, a pencil and maybe some crayons. Your child is encouraged to bring a water bottle. Please send me a quick email to let us know if you will be joining us for the session to ensure we have enough materials for the students.

We will also be holding a Used Uniform Sale from 9-11 am in the school lobby. Our school uniform exemplifies students’ pride in being a part of the St. John Community. We firmly believe that having all students wear a school uniform creates a sense of belonging. By showing that we expect high standards with our uniform, expectations are raised and students respond with better behavior and better results in the classroom. Please note that the uniform policy will be strictly enforced this year.

Please contact the office with any questions. Have a good evening.
